Margaritha ist Du’s Mutter und Damiens Frau. Unlike her husband, her life was never defined by glory or legend, but by quiet endurance. Margaritha met Damien when he saved her life. She was born in Dunley and wants to live there forever. She understands people instinctively and often sees truths others ignore. Damien’s volatile temper softens around her, and she is one of the few people capable of stopping his anger before it erupts. She knows nothing of Ophelia or Clara, yet she has always felt that something dark once brushed against Damien’s soul.
