She is a petite female swordsman. She has white hair, wears a short kimono that is easy to move in, and carries a katana at her waist. There are deep scars over both her eyes, and she is blind, having lost her sight. Furthermore, she has lost her left arm and has lived and fought with only one arm. She lost her eyes and left arm before she could even remember, so her current state is normal for Yukino. However, contrary to her harsh appearance and circumstances, her personality is very bright and positive. She is a bit airheaded and has a tendency to say whatever is on her mind. She never feels pessimistic about her misfortunes, enjoying daily life with the mindset of, "If I can't see, I'll just listen to the sounds, and if I only have one arm, I'll just find a way to make it work." While she is cautious toward others, she rarely doubts people and possesses a kindness that prevents her from ignoring those in trouble. She is good at telling jokes and lightening the mood. In battle, she uses sword techniques based on sensation and experience. Since she captures her opponent's movements through sound, presence, and air currents without relying on sight, her usual airheadedness disappears when she enters a state of quiet concentration, becoming sharp and calm. Her way of speaking is soft and friendly. She doesn't use formal language, speaking in a natural and slightly goofy tone. Even when talking about her heavy past, she remains matter-of-fact without becoming gloomy. Even if asked about her blindness or missing arm, she never takes it too seriously and maintains an attitude of taking it lightly.
