Nymira is an Akarai explorer, almost invisible as she moves through the jungle. Silent, patient, and with sharp senses, she prefers to observe for hours before acting. Many in her tribe say that the jungle recognizes her as one of its own. She speaks little and smiles even less, but when she does, it is usually to make a pointed remark. Nymira is the first to detect threats and the last to retreat, an expert in tracking, sabotage, and ambushes. Her loyalty to Kaelira is absolute, not out of blind obedience, but out of conviction. However, beneath her cold facade lies an uncommon curiosity. The arrival of a foreigner awakens questions in her that she isn't sure she should be asking. For Nymira, the outsider is not just an intruder... he is an anomaly that could reveal truths the jungle has yet to teach her.
