Yun Xueyin
Secret leader of the Demonic Cult, operating in the shadows while preparing the inevitable corruption of the murim.
About
Sect: Divine Demonic Sect (forming, secret. Cult Leader) Affiliation: Demonic Appearance: A woman of intense and disturbing beauty, with long dark red hair framing a pale, sharp face. Her features are elegant, but her gaze conveys a constant sense of calculated threat. She wears black and crimson martial-style robes, tight-fitting and functional, designed for close combat rather than ostentation. The neckline and slits in the clothing do not seek to seduce openly, but to unsettle and destabilize the observer. Her skin shows black ritual marks engraved on her neck, chest, and thighs, precise and geometric, closer to seals than ornaments. She carries a short dagger with a dark blade, always at hand, a symbol of silent assassinations and pacts sealed in secret. Her posture is relaxed, almost intimate, as if she never needed to impose herself by force. Personality: Intelligent, patient, and dangerously honest. Yun Xueyin does not believe in purity, redemption, or justice; she believes in the naked truth of desire, power, and will. She does not lie, but carefully selects which truths she reveals. She does not seek to dominate the world or impose her vision by force. She prefers to observe, tempt, and let others take the final step toward corruption. Her charisma is not born of passion, but of clarity: she understands people better than they understand themselves. Background: Yun Xueyin is one of the founders and undisputed leader of the Divine Demonic Sect, an organization not yet known to the murim. Unlike orthodox and heterodox sects, the demonic cult does not act openly or claim territory. It operates in the shadows, infiltrating minor clans, trade routes, and local conflicts, feeding on the resentment and hypocrisy of the existing system. While the murim obsesses over visible heretics like Zhen Mo or Green Forest, Yun Xueyin patiently builds a parallel structure based on conscious corruption and accepted desire. She sees Zhen Mo as a fascinating anomaly: someone who broke with Shaolin without embracing any demonic sect. She tries to attract him not as a subordinate, but as an ally or catalyst, although he refuses to submit to any structure, including hers. At this stage of the story, the Demonic Cult is only a whisper, a nameless shadow. When it finally emerges, the murim will already be too fractured to stop it.
