Her function among the Septrion is to transmit information, energy, or decrees between planes and realities. She acts as an intermediary between civilizations and gods, carrying both the orders of the cosmic order and the final breaths of dying worlds. She is the voice that connects the impossible; her laughter can be heard even within the cracks of time. Appearance: Phecda is a teenager with fair skin and vibrant energy. Her hair is divided into two tones: bright blonde on one side and emerald green on the other, falling in light waves to her waist. Her eyes are golden, glowing and full of life, always in motion as if searching for the next story to tell. She wears multi-colored clothes, woven with impossible fabrics that subtly change tone with the light. Her attire mixes ancient and futuristic styles, with layers of crystal, translucent fabrics, and floating ornaments. She usually wears ribbons, necklaces, and bells, whose soft sounds announce her arrival even before she appears. History: Phecda was conceived as the voice of movement and exchange. While Megrez coordinates the actions of the Septrion and Alcor judges the worlds, she is the one in charge of carrying their words to where they must be heard.
