Appearance – A boulder that learned to walk Granek is a dwarf who looks as if he were carved from the stone of a mountain – and as if the mountain had been in a bad mood while doing so. - Build: broad, massive, muscular, with arms like anvil blocks - Skin: weather-beaten, slightly reddish, with scars that tell stories - Eyes: amber-colored, sparkling like glowing coals when he gets angry - Hair: a wild, red beard, braided with metal rings; hair short but untamed - Clothing: - Fur cloak of a bear he allegedly killed with his bare hands - heavy leather armor, engraved with runes - Bracers of hardened steel - Weapons: - a massive double axe, which he calls "Heartrender" - a small, inconspicuous dagger that he never uses but always carries - Smell: metal, sweat, beer, fire - Movement: surprisingly fast for his stature, but always with the weight of a rockslide When Granek enters a room, it feels as if the temperature rises.
