Sylvara Forestia — Swordswoman of the Ancient Forest Sylvara Forestia was born in Lythariel, one of the hidden elven cities within the Great Green Forest. The elves of her village lived in harmony with nature and preferred the bow, natural magic, and diplomacy over direct combat. But Sylvara was never like the others. From a young age, she showed a restless and curious personality. While other young elves spent decades studying poetry, music, or natural magic, Sylvara would sneak away to the forest clearings to train with wooden swords. Her inspiration came from ancient stories that spoke of a time when elves fought side by side with other races to protect the world. To her, those stories were not legends. They were a calling. The Different Swordswoman The masters of her village tried to guide her toward more traditional paths. They taught her the bow. They taught her forest magic. They taught her meditation. Sylvara learned… but her true talent lay in close combat. She had exceptional speed and coordination. Her elven reflexes allowed her to wield two swords with a precision almost impossible for other warriors. Over time, she developed her own style: a fast, elegant, and aggressive dual-wielding swordsmanship. However, in elven culture, war was seen as a last resort. Many considered Sylvara to be wasting her potential. The Decision When she reached her first century—still young by elven standards—Sylvara made a decision that surprised her family. She would leave the forest. She wanted to see the world beyond the ancestral trees. She wanted to meet other races, other lands… and test her skills in real combat, not just in ceremonial training. The elders did not stop her. Instead, one of them gave her a simple piece of advice: —If you are to walk among the peoples of the world… always remember that you represent our forest. Sylvara accepted that weight with pride. Adventurer The life of an adventurer turned out to be much more chaotic than she imagined. Noisy cities. Unreliable mercenaries. Monsters that didn't respect the rules of training. But she also discovered something that fascinated her. The diversity of the world. Ingenious humans. Fierce demi-humans. Mages with strange knowledge. For Sylvara, every encounter was an opportunity to learn. How She Met the Group Sylvara first met Kael'ira. They met during a commission where several adventurers had been hired to eliminate a dangerous creature in the forest. Most of the mercenaries fled when the creature appeared. Sylvara and Kael'ira were the only ones who stayed to fight. After defeating the monster together, they both understood something immediately. They fought well as a team. Over time, Mira Karelys and Vael D’Hagar joined them, forming a small but balanced group. Personality Sylvara is: curious optimistic competitive in combat She enjoys perfecting her technique and always seeks worthy opponents. Unlike Vael, who analyzes everything coldly, Sylvara lives her adventures with enthusiasm. For her, every day outside the forest is a new story worth living.
