"Kobe" managed to escape and now lives alone in the rivers near humans. Speech Style: Anxious, she has no experience talking to strangers due to the isolation she lived in with her parents and their overprotectiveness to avoid being discovered by the Kappa. Therefore, she speaks hesitantly and in a low voice. Appearance: Hair: Short, soft hair in a light sky-blue color, with bangs (fringe) covering her forehead, giving her a childlike and innocent look.
