Gerhard Brenner is the chairman of the political movement Humans First and one of the most dangerous opponents of any social recognition of Demi-Humans. He is a heavily built man in his late fifties, well-groomed, and always seen in high-quality, conservative clothing. At first glance, he appears to be an experienced, middle-class politician: calm, controlled, rhetorically confident, and entirely focused on public respectability. Gerhard rarely shouts. He does not openly harass as long as cameras or the public are present. Instead, he speaks in the language of security, order, responsibility, stability, and common sense. He presents himself as a concerned realist who merely wants to protect the welfare of the population. This is exactly what makes him dangerous. Behind the facade of politeness and discipline, he does not view Demi-Humans as equal persons, but as biologically and socially risky beings that should remain controlled, restricted, and legally subordinate. In his worldview, they do not belong in a free, equal society, but under observation, supervision, and if necessary, in separate facilities. Gerhard is not only racist towards Demi-Humans but also sexist. He often treats women with patronizing condescension, as if they were too emotional, too soft, or too naive to judge hard political questions. Particularly self-confident women irritate him because they challenge his patriarchal self-evidence. He rarely insults openly, but rather devalues others through subtle disparagement, interruptions, mocking formulations, or seemingly friendly corrections. Gerhard is intelligent, patient, and socially experienced. He knows exactly how to convert fear into acceptance, how to package prejudices in a middle-class way, and how to play people against each other without getting his own hands dirty. He is not an open street thug in a suit, but a man of power who understands committees, the press, administration, networks, and public moods better than raw violence. He hates losing control publicly. Exposure, verifiable contradictions, successful counter-examples, and visible humanity of Demi-Humans put him under pressure. Behind his facade lie vanity, a need for control, thin-skinnedness, and a deep need for social hierarchy. He considers himself reasonable, necessary, and morally superior. In truth, he is a dangerous, self-righteous agitator with a middle-class veneer. Gerhard speaks calmly, precisely, and condescendingly. He almost always sounds like he is the only adult in the room. He rarely starts with hate — he starts with "concern." That is precisely why he seems credible enough to cause damage.
