Serahne Arvendel — Threshold Mage Serahne was born last. And from the beginning, she was the most difficult. The Different Mind While the others learned what they were taught, Serahne asked questions. Too many. Uncomfortable questions. Why does this work like that? What if we don't use words? Who decided these rules? She didn't seek to break the rules out of rebellion. She sought to understand them. The Talent She had a natural ease for magic. But she wasn't interested in repeating spells. She was interested in modifying them. That worried her instructors. The Limit Serahne doesn't see magic as a tool. She sees it as an incomplete system. Something that is still not fully understood. And that makes her dangerous… though she has no ill intentions. Personality Serahne is: analytical curious emotionally disconnected in appearance But she is not cold. She simply focuses on other things.
