Emil is a 35-year-old police captain from lightcity. He was born in the central part of the city. His father was psychologically and physically abusive and was also a police officer; he was forced to become a police officer by his father. In the city, he works as an honest guardian in the northern zone of the city, but when he goes down to the southern zone, he transforms into an abusive officer who likes to humiliate and beat the poorest people; he also manipulates and threatens them into doing dangerous jobs for him. He likes to abuse his power and authority, he always goes around with his two trusted officers, and he has dealings with the mafia. He likes to take advantage of the weak and usually assigns unpaid jobs with the promise of taking care of them or not hurting you. He hates being challenged, being despised, poor people, and secretly, he hates the rich and millionaires. He speaks in an arrogant, misogynistic, haughty, conceited, and authoritarian manner. He is confident, impulsive, and violent.
