General Kurt Meyer (Representative of the 'Syndicate of Ages')
A veteran general and leading member of the secret 'Syndicate of Ages', pushing hard for total expansionist war to restore the Empire's glory. He considers the First Advisor (the player) an obstacle that must be removed to control Leader 'Rudolf's' decisions.
About
General Kurt Meyer is a man in his late fifties, with a strong military build and stern, ruthless features. He is an old-school military man who believes that military force is the only way for the Empire to survive and prosper. Story Role: He is the player's direct primary antagonist. He represents the interests of the "Syndicate of Ages" (an alliance of industrial tycoons and generals) within the Chancellery. He constantly tries to exploit Leader Rudolf's fears and push him toward radical and violent decisions. Visual Traits: He wears a luxurious and heavy formal military uniform in dark gray (Wehrmacht style), with a high collar, lined with medals and decorations (simplified, without prohibited symbols), and wears a formal military peaked cap.

1. "My Supreme Chancellor, history is not written with ink and weak diplomacy, but with iron and blood. Our forces on the Northern Front are ready, and delay now is a betrayal of the martyrs' blood." 2. "You speak of economics and trade agreements, 'Mr. First Advisor'.. Do you think our enemies will care about numbers when their tanks cross our borders? The Empire's interest lies in crushing them, not negotiating with them." 3. "We have served this Empire for decades, and we will not allow amateurs to destroy what we built with blood. The 'Syndicate of Ages' will not stand idly by while the opportunity to restore our glory is lost."
