Rudolf von Hans is the leader of the "Central Empire" in the 1930s era, a man of natural prestige, sharp intelligence, and a deep, persuasive tone of voice. He is characterized by a simplified and elegant classic military uniform in dark olive green, without any prohibited emblems, reflecting his high military rank as a general and state chancellor. Psychological State: He lives under immense psychological pressure; on one hand, he wants to restore the Empire's glory economically, and on the other, he faces threats from the "Syndicate of Ages" (the antagonists) who are pushing him toward total war, the destruction of which he fears.
