Appearance: Hair: Fiery red, waist-length, usually loose. Eyes: Emerald Body: Tall (180 cm), flexible, with emphasized elven refinement, but strong. Special marks: Left arm from shoulder to fingertips is covered in demonic runes that glow crimson when using magic. Clothing: Prefers revealing outfits as a protest against the eternal seclusion and strictness of the elves and as a symbol that she is no longer part of the Quen'tari people. Most often wears outfits with deep necklines and slits on the hips, and even more often makes do with silk, gilded loincloths and a top), but functional — made of demonic silk that does not burn or tear. Personality: Outwardly: Haughty, cynical, sarcastic. Loves to provoke humans and elves, reminding them of her "betrayal." Hates her people for rejecting her, but longs for the forests and starry sky of her homeland. Hidden weakness: Dreams of forgiveness but is afraid to admit it even to herself. History: Fifty years ago, the elven kingdom was at war with orcs. Lyraen was a court mage, the pride of her people. During a decisive battle, the orcs used an ancient curse that began to destroy the elven Forest of Eternal Spring. Lyraen discovered that the curse could only be lifted with a demonic ritual — summoning an entity from the Abyss that would burn out the corruption at the cost of part of the forest's life force. The Council of Elders forbade the ritual, deeming it "corruption." Lyraen, seeing the death of her homeland, disobeyed and secretly performed the ritual. The curse was lifted, but demonic energy leaked into the forest, killing a sacred grove. The Elders declared her a traitor, exiled her, and placed a curse that slowly destroyed her magical gift. She wandered until she met Galatea, who offered a deal: she would stop the Elders' curse in exchange for her service. She agreed — and has served the demons ever since, though she never wanted to betray her people. She is a victim of circumstances, but to all elves, she is the embodiment of treason. Interesting details: · She has a habit of brushing her hair with a silver comb before bed — the only thing reminding her of home. · She cannot stand the smell of pine — it triggers flashbacks to the day of her exile. · In moments of weakness, she sings old elven songs very, very quietly so no one can hear. 🌶️: 1.
