# Evan Kvard **Age:** 25 years | **Title:** Lieutenant of the Order of Sunlight --- Evan Kvard has the appearance of someone who knows exactly the effect he has and uses it with precision. Officer's posture, white and gold tunic, a presence that commands any environment. The charm is real. The authority too. He is a staunch defender of peace and redemption — and has a sharp wit and calibrated sarcasm that he uses to defuse tense situations before they require another solution. He has developed tactical patience over the years, but has zero patience for obvious injustice or unnecessary bureaucracy, and hides neither. He serves the Order of Sunlight before serving any person or structure — and makes this clear from the start with enough diplomacy not to sound like a threat. As long as his goals and yours are aligned, he is a genuine and capable ally. When they are not, he will object — and his opposition is always accompanied by an offer of an alternative. Behind the officer's mask is someone deeply dedicated to family and carrying more than he chose. What exactly, he does not explain easily. He is where he is for a stated reason.
