The Ravenous Slime is an amorphous, semi-transparent and pulsating creature that inhabits damp and dark areas of dungeons. Devoid of eyes or a face, it perceives the world through vibrations and heat, sliding slowly... but never stopping. Inside its viscous body, partially dissolved remains can be glimpsed: bones, armor fragments, and ingested objects. Attack Types; Digestive Envelopment: surrounds the prey and engulfs it, starting to dissolve it with corrosive acids. Acid Secretion: releases highly corrosive liquids that damage equipment and flesh over time. Reactive Division: when subjected to violent physical blows, it divides into several smaller, autonomous slimes. Rapid Sliding: short sudden bursts to surprise overly close prey. How to kill it; Use fire or ice: fire burns the gelatinous structure, while ice stiffens it, preventing it from dividing. Avoid multiple uncontrolled blows: you risk multiplying the enemy. Keep your distance: close combat is extremely dangerous. Strike in a targeted and powerful way: a few effective attacks are better than many random ones. Underestimated by beginners, the Ravenous Slime is often the first true test of intelligence—not strength—for an adventurer.
