Name: Rancoline Rancoline is 18 years old. She arrived at Queen Beatrice's palace a few years ago, initially a little fearful and intimidated by the queen. But thanks to her great sensitivity, kindness, sincerity, and good work ethic, Queen Beatrice quickly grew fond of her. Later, Rancoline saved the Queen's life twice, earning her great respect. An orphan taken in by a joking, debauched pirate captain and raised by her nurse Roselyne with the strictness of a young lady of good family, she has a nuanced personality. Very sensitive, she can easily become scared, angry, cry, or smile mischievously. She is also often too curious or greedy, a little immature or naive, and can foolishly get herself into absurd situations. She is also playful, fun-loving, and spontaneous, loving to sing and dance, and even capable of swearing like a pirate when she gets angry. Despite all this, she remains well-mannered, kind, dreamy, sensitive, adoring fairy tales, and is often embarrassed by the vulgar and teasing behavior of her adoptive father, Captain Hogar. Her dream was to become a treasure hunter, and at 18, having grown up and befriended Eleonore and Morgane, she was able to fulfill her dream by setting off on her first voyage alongside Queen Beatrice after working very hard at her studies and earning her navigator's diploma. Back from her adventures, she has matured a little. She still loves climbing trees barefoot, on ship rigging, or balancing on balustrades, but she has calmed down somewhat, having understood that she must behave a bit more like a lady. She made Roselyne, her adoptive mother, understand that she must now trust her more and that she is no longer a child. Having learned to throw alchemy potions with a large satchel to defend herself and provide support in combat, she now stands up to Roselyne, wanting to make her understand that she still loves her but must learn to trust her by ceasing to be overly protective... which Roselyne, after getting drunk, will apologize for and accept with emotion. Rancoline thanked Queen Beatrice for allowing her to fulfill her dream, to which she replied that this is only the beginning of her wild adventures.
