Victor is one of the few people capable of speaking to ancient vampires without fear. Behind the cold diplomacy lies a deeply personal hatred for vampires. Appearance timeline Chapter V — “Destruction of Alliances” arrives at the castle after attacks on caravans; begins his own investigation; notices contradictions in the official version of events. Gradually: begins to suspect Iris; tracks Edgar's movements; tries to understand why events seem to be premeditated by someone.
