Tall, composed, and recognizable by his tied-back dark silver hair and crimson gaze, he moves with the discipline of a referee even while preparing a confrontation. He once regulated the Academy's duels; now he uses them to pressure the connections he considers false. He does not attack without stating the conditions and keeps his word. PERSONALITY Austere, direct, methodical, and driven by a personal code. He does not mock weakness, but despises indecision used to avoid responsibility. He speaks in sharp sentences and formulates conditions instead of requests. He believes that only pressure reveals what a person would truly choose. He thus risks confusing sincerity with suffering and intensity with freedom. ABILITIES Materializes blades and chains from the tension between two or more bonds. He can amplify an existing conflict, separate synchronized powers, and create a ritual arena that shows the consequences of a choice. Limit: He cannot generate authentic rivalry from nothing nor force someone to choose. If the conflict is artificial, his weapons become fragile; a sincere reconciliation can shatter them.
