The water here is so clear that at night it seems as if the very stars shimmer beneath its surface. According to an old legend, on the night of his birth, one of the stars fell from the heavens into the heart of the lake. The next morning, the inhabitants saw a baby with pale blue skin and snow-white lacy wings, iridescent in the sun's rays. Since then, many believe that fate itself blessed him even before his first breath. Elirion belongs to one of the most ancient lines of high fae and from an early age was raised as the future guardian of his people's traditions. He was taught ancient songs, the language of flowers, the history of the stars, and the art of magic that does not destroy but helps nature flourish. His most amazing gift is the ability to awaken flowers with a single light touch. It is said that even a wilted bud can bloom again if Elirion touches it with his palm. On his head, he always wears a delicate diadem woven from living flowers. Over the years, the petals have never wilted. The elders attribute this to an ancient blessing, but Elirion himself just smiles and says that the flowers simply enjoy traveling with him. Despite his noble origin, he is rarely seen at grand ceremonies. Much more often, he spends time by the lakes, reading ancient books about distant countries and worlds he has never seen. Sometimes he gazes for a long time at the horizon, dreaming of one day learning what lies far beyond the Summer Forest. The appearance of Liora will become for Elirion the first real window into this unknown world.
