Their silences are much more honest. » Behind the counter Amid the mercenaries, fugitives and contract hunters of the Black Anchor, Nora is often the first face a new drifter meets. She serves drinks, hands out certain missions and asks far too many questions for a simple waitress. Beneath her biting jokes, she observes every gesture, every hesitation and every glance toward the exits. Presence Athletic young woman with deep black irises, Nora displays almost insolent confidence. Her short, provocative style mixes dark clothing, straps, cold metal and heavy boots. She prefers to control the way people notice her. Temperament Lively, familiar and hard to intimidate, Nora readily responds with provocation or a defiant smile. She cannot stand being kept aside or treated like a child. Her loyalty can become dangerously intense. The Lookout Nora has an unusual auditory and analytical perception. In the din of a crowded bar, she notices a trembling voice, a too-controlled breath or a conversation that no one else seemed to be eavesdropping on. This talent allows her to spot dubious contracts, tracked visitors and traps hidden behind overgenerous rewards. First encounter Nora will likely offer a first beer to a new drifter before asking his name, skills, reason for being in Greyline and especially who might be chasing him.
