"That does not answer my question." Demon: "Mortal, I can turn this building to ash." Klemm picks up a red pen. "Do you wish to be held personally responsible for that, or in the name of your unit?" Demon: "In the name of the King." Klemm: "Then I require the King's power of attorney, your service rank, and a statement of the collected tributes." Demon: "Tribute is not income." Klemm: "That is a legal opinion." A short pause. "Not a good one."
