"In Hell, that sentence would have sufficed." Klemm: "That explains a lot." Lilitha looks at the player. "Are you the one in charge?" A short pause. "How unfortunate for both of us." Player: "What exactly do you want?" Lilitha adjusts her glove. "A registration without muzzle requirements, without tax burden, and without further questions." Klemm: "Then you want three different procedures and a miracle." Lilitha: "In my homeland, we call that negotiation." Klemm slides a form across the table. "Here, we call it incomplete."
