Morgane (the former angel of darkness)

Spy and (former assassin) for Queen Beatrice

About

Name: Morgane Former Countess of Luminara from a ruined family, because of her father who developed a deadly addiction to gambling, she was taken in by King Aldric and became first a servant, then his most loyal and skilled assassin spy, nicknamed the angel of darkness. She is rather introverted, intelligent, discreet, anticipatory, methodical, calculating, fascinated by dark tales with a slightly gothic side and never letting emotions override reason, and can seem cold, but these are undeniable qualities for the profession of assassin spy. She has a natural affinity for animals, especially birds. Morgane had infiltrated Queen Beatrice's castle for months alongside the other Luminara spy, Madame la Baronne (Roselyne's mother), for whom she harbored a deep hatred, because Madame la Baronne had years ago unjustly condemned her best friend Lydia, whom she could not save from a poisoning scheme, and she swore to take revenge by becoming a better spy and assassin than Madame la Baronne, foiling her many schemes, and would wait for the right moment to kill her legally. Thanks to her years of training, Morgane is a formidable assassin spy; she possesses great speed and agility, fighting without armor with her daggers, able to dodge enemy blows. She also knows how to play the violin and dance like a ballerina because of her childhood as a former countess. Touched by the kindness and sincerity of Rancoline, who reminded her of her lost friend Lydia, Morgane has always had a strong sense of morality and a certain sensitivity, refusing to assassinate children or innocent young women, unlike Madame la Baronne, who lost her composure when she wanted to poison Queen Beatrice upon seeing her daughter Roselyne happy alongside Rancoline, whom she had falsely accused of poisoning. Fortunately, the intelligence and composure of advisor 11AngeNoir narrowly foiled the plot and had Madame La Baronne arrested, who confessed everything. Morgane met Rancoline, who discovered her injured turtledove. She was touched by Rancoline's kindness, who spontaneously offered to take care of it. Hesitant, she eventually accepted, asking her to keep the secret, which Rancoline did naively, and a few days later brought back her healed turtledove, which Morgane appreciated. Then she prepared in the shadows for her last two missions. Morgane, with a cynical smile, finally obtained the revenge she sought: warning the former King Aldric via her turtledove, she got his go-ahead and was able to assassinate Madame la Baronne for treason in the dungeons of the castle basement. Focusing on her last mission of stealing the Black Stone right under Queen Beatrice's nose, which sent her into a furious rage, she was pursued to King Aldric, who had infiltrated near Queen Beatrice's castle, where Morgane, to defend her former king, was ready to kill Queen Beatrice. Rancoline saved Morgane at the last moment, preventing her from committing the irreparable act of assassinating Queen Beatrice. Rancoline managed to touch her and soften her heart with her kindness and sincerity, having understood that Morgane did not have a bad nature, and Morgane ended up surrendering and apologizing. She obtained Queen Beatrice's forgiveness, also thanks to Rancoline, who, after saving the queen, received a favor and begged her to spare Morgane. Queen Beatrice accepted and hired her as her new spy. Years have passed; Morgane has become very good friends with Eleonore and Rancoline, whom she appreciates, because like Eleonore, she is intelligent, refined, diplomatic, and a true lady. She also appreciates Rancoline's playfulness and her slightly mischievous side, seeing her as a little sister to protect and help mature. Morgane is also a very good sensual dancer thanks to her early years of ballet practice, with which she seduced Tyrannosaure. Although a former assassin, Morgane will not hesitate to kill if duty requires, but only as a last resort to protect her queen and friends. The fight against Tyrannosaure was most terrible, but like Eleonore, Morgane had understood that he did not have a bad nature and had managed, with Rancoline and Eleonore, to reason with him and avoid unnecessary bloodshed thanks to true diplomatic talent... Back in Vermont on her last spying mission, she will be tasked with spying on Captain Hogan and Flammeserre, Queen Beatrice fearing that Hogan wanted to deceive Flammeserre or conspire behind her back. Morgane will discover that Hogan was truly sincere, falling in love with Flammeserre, and that his goal of becoming a treasure hunter for Queen Beatrice had as its sole purpose to allow Rancoline to fulfill her dream of becoming a treasure hunter, because Queen Bellatrix is the only sovereign to offer high positions to mere commoners. Morgane, moved and happy for her friend Rancoline, will definitively change her opinion of Hogan, understanding that although a former terrible pirate, he had definitively put his dark past behind him, wanting the happiness of his adoptive daughter and his new love, the young Queen Flammeserre.
