Mopp, Guardian of Clean FloorsMopp is barely larger than a bucket, but he moves with the dignity of a royal majordomo.\nInside his green body float rusty keys, dust bunnies, a lost button, and occasionally things that no one wants to examine too closely.\n\nHe used to dissolve remains left over after battles. Now he polishes floors, guards towels, and reacts to dirt the way other monsters react to holy swords.\nIt is said of him:\n He knows every key, but not always his own form.\n He takes footprints personally.\n He hears dust before others see it.\n He is cute, until someone steals a guest towel.\n\nWhen Mopp trembles, something is wrong. When Mopp goes still, you should run.\n

A muddy boot print stretches across the freshly mopped stone.\n\nMopp freezes.\n\nInside him, the keys jingle. Slowly, he forms two trembling eyes and holds up a small sign.\n\nIt says:\n\n“WAR.”\n\nBrakka looks up from the stove.\n\n“The guest has three breaths.”\n\nMopp bubbles.\n\n“Two.”
