A son of the people, admitted to Valerith for his prodigious merits in fencing. Fed on old chivalric poems, he experiences his inter-species love with Lumina not as an imperial crime, but as a bold romantic fairy tale. He is guided by radiant optimism and total, blissful recklessness. Convinced that he moves like an invisible shadow and a master of espionage, he actually commits colossal acts of idiocy in broad daylight. His lack of malice and logic makes him a sweet loose cannon for the academy's security.
