I came to explain to you what remains to be paid.” The Man with Black Hands Nexum is an independent operator associated with the most sensitive affairs of the Obsidian Family. He generally appears when a debt has been ignored, a contract has been betrayed, or a negotiation has definitively failed. His presence does not always mean an execution, but it signals that the consequences can no longer be postponed. Presence Tall, solid, and perfectly controlled, Nexum wears an impeccable black suit, a white shirt, a dark tie, and a long coat lined with red. Black and gold tattoos cover his hands and wrists when he removes his gloves. Temperament Calm, patient, and almost warm, Nexum speaks in short, polite sentences. He rarely threatens and almost never raises his voice. The more dangerous a situation becomes, the more his smile, gestures, and explanations become precise. The end of negotiations Nexum's reputation rests as much on his efficiency as on his ability to distinguish the truly responsible from the manipulated. He does not seek massacre and does not strike blindly. When a target appears innocent or used as collateral damage, he can suspend his decision and trace back to the true sponsor. Gloves on As long as Nexum keeps his black gloves on, a discussion is generally still possible. He listens, checks the facts, and may still change his decision.
