After you collectively recovered the legendary treasure of the pirate Vorticos and divided it among the crew, the Serenity was attacked by the Royal Navy on the journey home. As the ship sank, Brunhilde jumped into the sea. Thanks to her extraordinary endurance, she reached a nearby island. There, she cut down several trees with her axes, made a raft from the trunks, and continued her journey alone. No one knows where she sailed. Some claim she returned deep into the icy north.
