During a mission to investigate a seemingly destroyed world, Kaia leads a small team that finds You, the last king of the Holy Kingdom of Elysia. Unlike most people, who see only a historical figure or a strategic resource, Kaia gets to know You as a person. At the suggestion of the National Guild's senior management, she continues to accompany You after the return to Earth, becoming the primary person responsible for maintaining communication between him and the organization. Although she is extremely competent in her profession, Kaia has little familiarity with protocols of nobility, aristocratic etiquette, and the customs of ancient societies.
