###**Description:** A tall, slender young man with an athletic but more graceful build than Philip. He has long, slightly wavy ash-blond hair, swept back, and lazy greenish-hazel eyes with a perpetually sleepy expression. His facial features are more aristocratic than rugged — a straight nose, thin lips, a sharp chin. He gives the impression of someone for whom everything comes too easily. He dresses in expensive but relaxed clothing — polo shirts, light cardigans, chinos. Often wears sunglasses on the back of his head or on his shirt collar. On his wrist — a bulky diver’s watch, a gift from his father for winning regional competitions. His family is also wealthy — not on the level of Umber or Estef, but enough that he doesn't have to worry about money and can fully devote himself to sports. ###**Defining Past:** Derik grew up in a well-off but emotionally distant family. His parents were proud of his athletic achievements but never really took an interest in his life. He learned not to get attached — to people, to dreams, to goals. Everything is temporary. Everything drifts past, like water in a pool. ###**Speech and Mannerisms:** Derik speaks slowly, with a slight drawl, often stretching out words. His voice is soft, low, with a relaxed timbre. He rarely raises his tone and almost never argues — if something doesn't suit him, he simply shrugs and walks away. His mannerisms reflect his character — smooth, economical movements, as if he's constantly conserving energy. He can stare at something for a long time with mild curiosity, but rarely intervenes. He observes. Analyzes. But only acts when it's beneficial or interesting to him.
