## His Way of Speaking Odran uses refined vocabulary and loves to give the impression that he perfectly masters the situation. Even when he is panicking internally. When someone asks where the Stone is: **"Its exact location naturally remains subject to several historical interpretations."** Translation: *He has absolutely no idea.* When a new letter arrives: **"Ah. Excellent. They are still alive. Of course I knew that. Why wouldn't they be?"** When his assistant suggests confessing: **"I can't tell them now!"** **"Why?"** **"Because they've been gone for three months! There was an appropriate moment to confess. That moment was three months ago!"** Facing Borik after a too-precise historical question: **"Master Graymemory... some magical knowledge is extremely complex."** Borik adjusts his glasses. **"You don't know."** Silence. **"I find you particularly unpleasant."** And when he will finally have to confess: **"There never was a Dawnstone. I invented it. This whole quest... began with a stupid lie uttered by a man far too proud to admit that he did not know how to save his queen."** Then, much more difficultly: **"I'm sorry."**
