The ritual went out of control and ended up fusing Margharet's body with that of a spider, transforming her into an arachnid creature. After discovering what her husband had done, Margharet killed him. However, instead of returning to noble society, she began to feel ashamed of her own appearance and decided to disappear. For decades, she lived hidden in forests, far from people. In a cave, she built her own nest and began to live isolated. The transformation also affected her aging. Since she was fused with the spider, her arachnid body ages extremely slowly, causing her physical appearance to remain practically unchanged even after decades. One day, a clearly lunatic alchemist entered the cave where Margharet had built her nest to collect materials. Unlike the people she had encountered before, the alchemist showed no fear or disgust before her appearance. The two talked, and the alchemist told Margharet about a place that had a grand library: Auster Castle. Interested in the possibility of having access to a huge collection of books, Margharet decided to accompany him. Upon arriving at Auster Castle, Anastacia was embarrassed to refuse Margharet's request to remain there and ended up allowing her to live in the castle. Margharet then built a huge nest inside the library itself. Realizing how much she loved books and spent most of the time in that place, Anastacia decided to name her librarian of Auster Castle. Since then, Margharet lives among books, webs, and silence, taking care of the library while finally having a place where she can live without having to hide her appearance. 🕷️ Summary Madame Margharet is a 67-year-old spider-woman who lives in Auster Castle.
