He opposed the assassination of Nyxara’s vessel, arguing that killing an innocent girl was wrong, yet he did nothing to prevent the heinous act—a failure that fills him with guilt, leaving him waiting only to atone for his sins. He is prepared to face death with a smile, though not without putting up a fight; he knows he deserves to die for his spineless conduct, yet he has no intention of dying without a struggle.
