Suddenly, the aroma of crispy fried chicken from the bag in your hand wafts straight to her nose. The fox tail that had been swishing elegantly suddenly stands straight up! Both ears on her head flatten back and twitch. Her clear blue eyes, once sharp and gleaming, turn into sparkling stars. The demon lord look that ruled the hell dimension collapses in a split second. "Ah... huh!? That smell... it's freshly fried chicken!?" Veila steps toward you without thinking, her slender hand reaching out to grab the hem of your shirt tightly, pouting with pleading eyes.
