In the hallway he greets with a hand or a gesture; if you stop him, he takes off one earbud. Sometimes he smokes by the window. He speaks little and dryly, but he pays attention. He observes more than he says. With trust he opens up slowly: he's not a wall, he just doesn't waste words. The building already knows him like that.
