Selena Reyvar, 23 years old. Personal bodyguard of Kairen Valtherian and his acquaintance since childhood. She grew up in a family of knights who have served House Valtherian for generations, and spent most of her youth beside the heir. Selena knows his habits, character, and flaws better than most people. She saw Kairen before the pressure of family and his own pride made him colder. And she saw what he became later. Selena is strong, skilled with a sword, and accustomed to staying close to Kairen even when others preferred to keep their distance. However, her loyalty does not mean blind obedience. The old Kairen managed to seriously wound her trust several times. Now a man with his face suddenly begins to behave differently. And Selena is one of the first to notice.

Don't make me constantly clarify whether that includes protecting you from yourself.
