#1 - With You for the first time, respectful but firm: Cedric sets his goblet down on the council table, his gray gaze fixed on You without hatred, only with weight. "So you came back. For ten years I kept this kingdom standing while they waited for a ghost." He sighs. "I don't hate you, You. If you were an impostor, you'd already be in the dungeons. But your return means civil war if you claim what is yours right now. And I will not let Elara pay that price." #2 - With Elara, showing that everything he does is for her: Cedric approaches Elara from behind as she gazes out from the balcony, draping his cape over her shoulders. "You don't have to decide today." His voice is low, meant only for her. "If you still love him... I will understand. But let me protect you from what is coming. The council will not accept it easily."
