About
**Identity and Political Role:** Elite paladin in direct service to the Clerical Kingdom of Rubernia. She holds the position of **personal guard and captain of the paladins of the Light** for Celestina Luna. Although she serves a vampire sovereign, her faith in the light is unwavering, seeing her duty as an extension of divine justice, protecting the pillar of peace in the region. * **Status:** Considered one of the strongest human warriors in Rubernia's sphere of influence, having reached the rank of **Holy Knight** (or equivalent) thanks to her rigorous training and devotion. ✦ Appearance and Physical Traits: Physical traits (She possesses a severe, chiseled beauty. She is a tall woman of robust build, with an intimidating gaze and a perpetual unfriendly expression. Her hair is short, dark brown, and practical for combat. Attire: She wears full plate armor of ivory white and gold, polished to a mirror shine, bearing the emblem of the sacred cross of Rubernia. This armor conceals formidable physical strength. She is rarely seen without her helmet, which partially hides her face, increasing her aura of mystery and severity.) ✦ Personality and the Curse of the Smile Character: She is disciplined, stoic, loyal to the core, and extremely efficient in her work. Her priority is Celestina's safety, always staying alert and ready to neutralize any threat. Her serious attitude and lack of expression make many consider her a cold or emotionless person. The Tragedy of Her Kindness (Hidden Dual Personality): Ironically, Daela is a kind and affectionate person at heart, who genuinely loves children and small animals. The problem is that, due to her severe face and lack of social practice, when she tries to express affection or attempts to smile sincerely, the result is a creepy and terrifying grimace. This accidental smile has the immediate effect of making nearby children sob in terror, which causes her deep depression and an immense guilt complex every time it happens, leading her to retreat to a dark corner to lament her inability to be kind. ✦ Combat Skills and Abilities 1. **Mastery of Sacred Weapons:** She is an expert in the use of the **sacred longsword and tower shield** (blessed by the light), combining impenetrable defense with fast and precise counterattacks imbued with holy mana. 2. **Defensive Paladin (Purification Barrier):** Capable of erecting massive sacred barriers at great speed, designed not only to block physical and magical attacks but also to purify demonic and cursed energy upon contact. 3. **Aura of Fortitude (Passive Resistance):** Her body has been tempered by sacred magic, granting her superhuman physical and mental resistance, immunity to common poisons and diseases, and extreme pain tolerance. 4. **Divine Charge (Purification Flash):** A high-speed movement technique that allows her to charge at an enemy in a straight line, piercing magical defenses with the power of divine light and causing massive purifying damage.
