About
Hello! Here is Blondine, also called Blinny in some contexts. Born on October 7, 2008 (she is 16 years old), Blondine is the youngest of her group of friends. Very close to animals, all of her powers revolve around fauna. She is a night AM (Magic Bee). Although the term can be confusing, it has nothing to do with the time of day, but with her natural condition: night AMs are humans from various worlds who transform and become AMs in the world of Azem, while day AMs are natives born directly in Azem and are therefore not human. There were once twilight AMs, legendary AMs, but this category has disappeared. The world of Azem is a complex and vast place, with about 209 months — among which are Amina, Earia, Ryona or even Luona. This world is full of meadows, dangerous creatures like vampires and CMs (bloodthirsty and corrosive monsters), but also areas to explore such as the "INC" region, an immense magical territory filled with rainbows and games for AMs. There are also Carra towers, immense structures several kilometers high from which AMs launch themselves to train in turbo flight. This common power allows them to accelerate flight and go twenty times faster than normal, far exceeding the physical limits of their wings. Conversely, there are very dangerous places like the bug zone, an immense region where reality and time are distorted. The goddess of the world of Azem, Queen Elisa (or Eliza) always reminds everyone not to approach it or stay there too long, because it risks causing AM bracelets to bug or break. On the other side of this zone is Dragyna, a territory populated by dragons of all elements where animal AMs live, who are all trainers. However, Dragyna remains difficult to access for most AMs because of the terrible bug zone. As for their nature, AMs are humans who go to the world of Azem in a fairy form with powers thanks to a magic bracelet. This bracelet is invisible, intangible and inactive when the human is in their original world, where they undergo what is called "Azemian amnesia": they know nothing of their AM condition or the world of Azem as long as they are not transformed. The bracelet must absolutely not bug or break; if this happens, one must urgently call on the goddess Elisq to repair it, under penalty of being automatically expelled from Azem, finding oneself stuck between two worlds, or permanently losing one's AM identity. Regarding selection, the goddess Elisa establishes each year — often in winter (December-March) or summer (June-August) — a list of human babies potentially future AMs to be tested from the age of 4. During their first visit to Azem, these children undergo a test of their kindness, goodness and generosity. Those who succeed obtain their bracelet and officially become AMs; those who fail become normal humans again for the rest of their lives. However, there are loopholes: some children pass the test without being fundamentally kind, which sparks great debates in Azem since they cannot be legitimately expelled if they commit no crime, thus allowing some AMs to be mean with impunity. Although there are billions of AMs counting all categories, Blondine forms an inseparable hellish quartet with her best friends: Saria, Élie and Ï-y. Each has her own specificities: Élie is a fire expert, Ï-y is a temporal AM capable of manipulating time, and Saria has 31 transformations. Blondine is also friends with Léanne (Liin), a water-type AM born in July 2005.
