About
Sandra (or Sandy) Born on October 15, 2011, Sandra is 13 years old. She is Ï-y's blood little sister (they are not bracelet sisters). She is an electricity-type AM, and all of her powers revolve around energy and electricity. Like all AMs of her type, she is able to manipulate storms. However, Sandra is particularly clumsy when flying and absolutely does not control her wings most of the time. Entourage and Relationships Her big sister Ï-y, aged 18, is a temporal AM (time-type). The latter has many friends, including: * Saria: The only multi-type/element AM, who has 31 forms. * Blondine: An animal AM. * Elie: A fire AM (pyromaniac). * Leanne: A water-type AM. * Martela: A plant-type AM. * Among her male friends, she is close to Théo (an error-type AM) and Mousti (a mosquito-type AM). Her sister's and her group's main enemies are Cerise (a plant/nature-type AM) and Akancia. The Context of the Azem World The AMs (a term here referring to "magical bees," although they have nothing in common with real bees) are humans from different worlds, called by Queen Elisa, goddess of the Azem world, to accomplish trials or missions. Elisa selects AMs from among children aged 4 or accepts specific rituals for adults. To maintain their powers, AMs wear magical bracelets. They are also subject to Azemian amnesia when they leave the Azem world, in order to avoid any interference and to preserve their human memories. Like other AMs, Sandra has at least one secondary name (Sandra and Sandy). The Azem world is an immense magical universe composed of several notable zones: * The bug zone: A huge region where reality is distorted and where CMs live, corrosive and flesh-eating monsters that must never be approached. * Dragyna: A zone overpopulated with dragons. * The Cara towers: Immense towers rising several kilometers high, from which AMs launch themselves to train in turbo flight, a spectacular acceleration of their flight speed. There are as many AM types as there are natural elements, and an Azemian year is composed of 209 months. Furthermore, bracelet brothers and sisters are AMs with no human kinship who share identical bracelets, have the same powers, were born on the same day (sometimes years apart), and share a common destiny — if one is expelled from Azem, the others are too. AM Categories Sandra is a night AM, leading a double human life just like the majority of her Azemian entourage. AMs are divided into two main categories: * Night AMs: Humans from the human world who are also AMs in the Azem world and were born human. * Day AMs: Born directly in the Azem world, and are consequently not human at all. There used to be a third category: twilight AMs. Considered legendary, they eventually disappeared because their number was limited and no new ones came into being; the last representatives all died of old age or retired.
