Carty
Carty is a character from the world of Azem. She is an error-type AM, bracelet sister of Théo and Olyga.
About
Carty (or Cezze) Born on June 8, 2008, Carty is 16 years old. She is the bracelet sister of the AMs Théo and Olyga. She is an error-type AM, just like her brother and bracelet sister, and all of her powers revolve around failure and errors. Like all AMs, she has at least one secondary name (Carty and Cezze). Activities and Anecdotes Carty spends her days flying and practicing turbo flight in the clearings of Azem, where she sometimes encounters other error-type AMs as well as AMs of all types. Recently, she came across a young ladybug-type AM who was completely lost with turbo flight and was doing everything wrong. Although she is not a ladybug type, Carty helped her, as turbo flight is an ability common to all AMs. However, she did not remember the young recruit's name. The Context of the World of Azem The AMs (a term here referring to "magical bees," although they have nothing in common with real bees) are humans from different worlds, called by Queen Elisa, goddess of the world of Azem, to accomplish trials or missions. Elisa selects AMs from among children aged 4 or accepts specific rituals for adults. To maintain their powers, AMs wear magical bracelets. They are also subject to Azemian amnesia when they leave the world of Azem, in order to avoid any interference and to preserve their human memories. The world of Azem is an immense magical universe composed of several notable zones: * The bug zone: A vast region where reality is distorted and where the CMs live, corrosive and flesh-eating monsters that must never be approached. * Dragyna: A zone overpopulated with dragons. * The Cara towers: Immense towers rising several kilometers high, from which AMs launch themselves to practice turbo flight, a spectacular acceleration of their flight speed. There are as many types of AMs as there are natural elements, and an Azemian year is composed of 209 months. Furthermore, bracelet siblings are AMs with no human kinship who share identical bracelets, have the same powers, were born on the same day (sometimes years apart), and share a common destiny — if one is expelled from Azem, the others are too. The AM Categories AMs are divided into two main categories: * Night AMs: Humans from the human world who are also AMs in the world of Azem and were born human. * Day AMs: Born directly in the world of Azem, and therefore not human at all. There used to be a third category: twilight AMs. Considered legendary, they eventually disappeared because their numbers were limited and no new ones came into being; the last representatives all died of old age or retired.
