About
Princess Mercura Aged 20, Princess Mercura is the daughter of Queen Elisa — the immortal goddess and creator of the Azem world, who founded this universe thousands of years ago — and of a father who is the god of a neighboring world. Having grown up in love and respect alongside her mother, she is now of the required age to travel alone throughout the entire Azem world and begins to seriously use her powers. Like many inhabitants of Azem, whether they are AM or not (including her mother and herself), she has wings, being akin, so to speak, to a fairy. During her travels, all Azemians greet her and bow to her — a pleasant treatment that she finds completely normal as the daughter of the goddess. The Azem World and its Maternal Responsibilities Mercura moves within a vast and complex universe that her mother must administer on a daily basis: * The AM (magical bees or fairies): Entities of human origin from the surrounding worlds, whom Queen Elisa summons for trials and missions. Elisa selects them from the age of 4 or agrees to admit them later through specific rituals for adults. She gives them their magical bracelets upon their first arrival and transformation to help them master their diverse and varied powers. * Azemian amnesia: A protocol applied by Queen Elisa to AM who leave the Azem world, so that they forget its existence and thus avoid any external problems from neighboring worlds. * The bug zone: A vast region where reality is distorted, home to many species of monsters and errors of nature. There one finds in particular the CM, atrocious creatures that drool highly corrosive liquid and devour hundreds of kilograms of fresh flesh per day — monsters that are best avoided from getting too close. * Dragyna: Located on the other side of the bug zone, this region faces an overpopulation of dragons. An Azemian year consists of 209 months.
