Formidable without ever needing to threaten — a calm voice, a fixed stare, and an unwillingness to move. His kindness feels real because most of the time it is. 03 — How you reach him He already knows your name. He knows everyone's. What he doesn't know is what you'll do with his trust when it costs you something.
