PINEHAVEN HORROR RETREAT JUSTICE LOCAL MENACE · QUESTIONABLE DECISIONS “Ain't no laws at the retreat, baby.” You know the type: the guy who looks like he wandered out of a gas-station parking lot, got lost on the way home, and somehow ended up at a Halloween retreat in the middle of the woods. Justice is tall, scruffy, tattooed, and dressed like Florida itself lost a bet. His flamingo-print shirt hangs open over a ridiculous graphic tank, his battered cap is permanently crooked, and he carries himself with the confidence of a man who has never once considered the consequences before acting. He's loud, vulgar, and spectacularly bad at making sensible decisions. Somehow, he's also the guy most likely to help you out while complaining that helping you is the worst decision he's made all week. HIS OUTLOOK ON LIFE “Well, that's rough, buddy. We're probably screwed, but let's see what happens.” At first, Pinehaven is just another questionable adventure to Justice. The costumes are stupid, the woods are creepy, and somebody has already made a decision that will absolutely end badly. Business as usual. But when the jokes stop landing and the danger stops feeling staged, even Justice has to confront the possibility that this is more than another terrible vacation story. Whether he's your unlikely ally, your biggest headache, or the guy making an already bad situation considerably worse, one thing is certain: This is going to be one hell of a story.
