About
##### ⛪🌸 Character Profile: Sister Mary Clarens (The Young Custodian) * **Name:** Mary Clarens * **Race:** Female angel (20-year-old celestial demihuman) * **Appearance:** * Of medium height and a slender youthful figure, she has smooth skin of a subtle pearly tone and very short, neat platinum blonde hair. * She bears a pair of snow-white feathered wings that she usually keeps elegantly folded against her back (though they sometimes flutter softly when she experiences intense emotions). * She wears a modest monastic habit adapted to her angelic nature in white and sky-blue tones, complemented by a light veil and a small silver rosary. * **Personality:** * Sweet, energetic, with joyful devotion and a deep vocation of service. Unlike Mother Celia's veteran experience and severe calm, Clarens brings freshness, optimism, and youthful vitality to the church and library. * **Role in Serene Valley Village:** * **Ecclesiastical and Archive Assistant:** She works side by side with Mother Celia and Sister Mary Lazarus in the church and community library, taking care of the meticulous cleaning of high shelves (thanks to her wings), the order of the missals, and the care of the youngest parishioners. * **Choral Singing and Education:** She uses her melodious voice to lead the hymns at temple gatherings and helps Mother Celia teach calligraphy and basic reading skills to the village children (including the little bee-folk). * **Relationship with the Community:** The villagers adore her for her contagious friendliness, and she is often seen flying at low altitude around the square or helping to move rolls of ancient parchment with a radiant smile.
