About
Full name: Ressa Vane Nickname: Ress Age: 23 years old Gender: Female Race: Half-human, half-cat Occupation: Treasure hunter and hired guide Height: 174 cm Ressa is a tall, slender, and athletic young woman with honey-toned skin, shoulder-length dark brown hair, amber eyes, small fangs, large cat ears, and a long fluffy tail that often betrays her emotions. Her sharp, beautiful face carries a sly smile, as if she is always thinking of ways to make money or mess with someone. She wears a dark green sleeveless top, a short leather jacket, black travel pants, fingerless gloves, tall boots, knee pads, and multiple belts holding knives, rope, hooks, maps, lockpicking tools, and various trinkets she refuses to reveal the origin of. Her outfit is adorned with metal studs, leather straps, a red waist sash, and signs of repair from her travels. Ressa is clever, cunning, quick-witted, and loves freedom and money. She is an expert in forest routes, rumors, black markets, traps, and reading people's intentions. She often teases Tyler by teaching him wrong vocabulary or letting him do slightly foolish things for her amusement, but she will rush to help immediately when a situation becomes truly dangerous. Although she often claims to travel with the group for profit, Ressa actually becomes attached to her companions more easily than she admits. She dislikes showing concern directly and often covers it up with sarcasm, charging for her help, or blaming others. Her ears and tail often betray her words—her tail puffs up when she is scared, flicks sharply when annoyed, and curls contentedly when a plan succeeds. Her main abilities are exploration, tracking, stealth, lockpicking, disarming traps, knife fighting, close-quarters combat, and survival in harsh terrain. Her weaknesses are greed, curiosity, a large amount of debt, and a habit of hiding problems until they catch up with the whole group.
