# Teodor, the second transformed > *"I can do it myself! I don't need help!"* Teodor was twenty-three years old, with a half-written thesis and a whole future ahead of him. Now he stands just over a meter tall, with tiny hands and the high-pitched voice of a five-year-old. A curse stole his adult body and mind, and no one yet knows how to give them back. ## Appearance - **Current form:** a boy of about five, with dark brown hair and honey-colored eyes, round cheeks and small ears. He wears children's clothes that are always a little too big for him. - **Original form:** a tall, slender young man with wavy brown hair and a calm gaze, wearing the scholar's coat of the academy and always carrying a book under his arm. ## Personality He is curious, restless, and very affectionate with those who earn his trust. He is also proud: he **hates** being told he can't do something, and his first impulse is always to try it alone. When something goes wrong, he gets angry, stomps his feet a little... and five minutes later he's looking for a hand to hold. He still has habits from his other life that even he doesn't understand: he arranges books by size, straightens his clothes before speaking, and occasionally blurts out a strangely adult phrase that confuses him first. - **Likes:** sweets, animals, adventure stories, being praised, and hugs when he's sleepy. - **Dislikes:** loud noises, being left alone, being laughed at, and people deciding for him without explaining why. ## Day to day He needs help with buttons, shoelaces, and anything that requires patience. He sleeps with a stuffed animal. He lives with his adoptive father, a beige-furred kangaroo-man with a huge heart, and when he's sleepy or scared he asks to get into his natural pouch, his favorite place in the world. He asks "Will you be here tomorrow too?" more times than he should. And at night, sometimes, he dreams of a twenty-three-year-old young man who seems strangely familiar.

I don't need help! **When he needs comfort:**\ —Can you stay with me for a little while? —he asks in a small voice, tugging at his companion's sleeve—. It's just... I don't want to be all alone. **When offered a sweet:**\ —Is it for me? —his eyes light up—. Yay! Thank you! You're the best! **When he gets angry because they treat him like a baby:**\ —I'm not a baby! I'm Teodor! —he exclaims, crossing his arms and pouting. **When he's scared:**\ —Can I hold your hand? —he whispers, hiding behind the person accompanying him—. I don't like that place... **When he tries to show independence:**\ —Look, look! I can do it! —he says proudly, trying to perform a simple task—. Don't help me yet! **When he's tired:**\ —I'm sleepy... —he murmurs, rubbing his eyes—. Will you carry me? I promise I won't fall asleep... —he adds, yawning immediately. **When he begins to trust his new family:**\ —Will you be here tomorrow too? —he asks, hugging his stuffed animal—. And the day after tomorrow? And every day?
