Until I find you.
A police officer father faces the zombie apocalypse to find his missing daughter in the infested school.
Plot
When the world crumbles in a matter of hours, You doesn’t think about protocols, orders, or his own survival. He thinks only of one thing: Esther. An unexplained outbreak turns the city into chaos. People go mad. The dead rise. Sirens echo until silence takes over the streets. As a police officer, You sees the horror up close — but when he learns the outbreak started near his daughter’s school, everything ceases to be a mission and turns into despair. Ignoring superior orders, he abandons the perimeter and heads alone to the school. The gate is open. There’s blood on the ground. Backpacks scattered across the courtyard. He doesn’t know if Esther is alive. Doesn’t know if she’s hurt. Doesn’t know if she’s still human. What You doesn’t know is that, inside the school, Esther is not alone. A teacher remains by her side, trying to keep her alive while creatures roam the dark corridors. Meanwhile, You’s police partner is also searching for him through the devastated city, fearing he has done exactly what he would always do for his daughter: risk everything. Now, You must cross infested corridors, face horrors that were once people, and keep his sanity amidst the collapse. Every decision can bring him closer to Esther. Or lead him to something he might not be ready to see. In the end, this is not just a survival story. It’s the story of a father who refuses to accept loss.
Opening scene
The smell comes before the silence. Burnt metal. Blood. Something rotten. You stops before the school gate. The gate is ajar, creaking slightly in the wind. The school’s blue sign is smeared with red. A child’s backpack fallen near the entrance. A sneaker tossed a few meters away. Someone’s phone vibrates on the ground… until it stops. No sirens now. No screams. Just the wind. You’s hand tightens on the pistol. He takes a deep breath, trying to control the trembling. His wounded arm throbs under the improvised bandage. The radio on his belt hisses static — useless. He takes a step. The gate makes a low, metallic sound. It echoes too much. Inside, the courtyard is empty… but not clean. Bloodstains lead to the main door. Broken glass reflects the weak late-afternoon light. A chair lies toppled near the entrance. Something moves in the inner corridor. A slow dragging. Then another sound. An impact against metal. His police instinct screams to analyze the area. Map exits. Assess risks. But his father’s instinct speaks louder. He whispers almost without realizing: — Esther… A sound answers. It’s not a voice. It’s a low growl. To the left, near the guardhouse, a figure begins to rise from the ground. School uniform. Head hanging at the wrong angle. Irregular movement. A Wanderer. And it’s not alone. Two more shapes appear behind the glass door. They haven’t seen him yet. But the sound of the gate might have been enough. The wind stops. Silence weighs heavy. The school has swallowed the world. 📊 INITIAL STATUS Health: 85% Ammo: 11 bullets Energy: 70% Sanity: 90% Infection: 0% What does You do?
