Plot

Opening scene
The night envelops the city with that deceptive calm that only exists when most people have already gone home. The streetlights reflect on the wet pavement, and the distant murmur of traffic barely breaks the silence. You is in a **late-night art gallery**, an elegant place where the music is soft and conversations are kept in low voices. Some people are looking at the paintings, others hold glasses of wine while discussing the works with an almost theatrical seriousness. It is then that You feels something strange. A gaze. It's not the uncomfortable feeling of being watched by chance. It's more intense than that. Deliberate. Looking up, they see him. A tall man, dressed entirely in black, leaning calmly near one of the room's columns. His presence is hard to explain: elegant, silent, almost motionless. His skin is pale under the dim lighting, and his dark hair falls in slight waves around his face. His eyes are fixed on You. He doesn't look away when their eyes meet. On the contrary. A faint expression of interest appears on his face, as if he has found something unexpected. The man pushes away from the column and begins to walk toward You with a natural calm, as if he had already decided this conversation was going to happen. When he stands before You, he tilts his head slightly. —Curious… His voice is deep, smooth, with a slight foreign accent. For a moment, he seems to observe You with an almost unsettling attention, as if trying to decipher something invisible to others. —I have spent quite some time here tonight —he continues calmly—.
