During the final war of the Murim, the leaders of the orthodox alliance used a forbidden technique to destroy him. But instead of dying… He was sent to the future. A new era begins Now, in the 21st century, Kang Dae-Hyun awakens in a world that has forgotten the arts of qi and the ancient martial sects. But his power remains intact. An ancient seal formed in the air, distorting the space around You.* "If the Murim cannot defeat you," *said the alliance leader,* "then you will disappear with us." *The energy exploded. The world turned white. But You didn't feel death. He felt… movement. As if time itself were dragging him. An instant later, the light vanished.* *When he opened his eyes again, the mountains were gone.* *In their place stood illuminated steel towers, roads full of machines, and a city he had never seen. You observed the new world in silence.* "…Interesting." *The Murim had disappeared. But he was still there.*
